What This Policy Covers

This policy covers this website and the inquiry form on it. It describes what I collect from you, why I collect it, and what I do with it after.

I am a sole practitioner. There is no staff, no assistant and no agency reading your inquiry. When this policy says I, it means one person.

What I Collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form. Nothing on this site asks for anything else.

• Your name. Whatever name you choose to give me.
• Your age. Required, because I work only with adults.
• Your email and phone number. So I can reply to you.
• What you want to work on. Your intentions, the offering you are drawn to, and anything else you choose to add.
• Practical details. Whether you are near Salt Lake City, whether you can travel, and what you are ready to invest.
• Curiosities, when they apply. An optional set of checkboxes that only appears for the BDSM and dominance offerings.
• Your confirmations. That you are eighteen or older, that you have read the conduct policy, and that you understand this is not therapy.

The website host records ordinary traffic information, such as which pages were opened and roughly which country a visit came from. None of it is tied to your name, and I never use it to work out who you are.

What I Do Not Collect

• No payment details. No card number ever touches this site.
• No account, no password, no login of any kind.
• No health records, no diagnosis, no clinical file.
• No advertising trackers and no retargeting pixels.

Where It Goes

Your inquiry is delivered to my private client system, which runs on GoHighLevel, and to my own email and phone. My email is hosted with Proton and is encrypted in transit.

Those providers store the data on my behalf so that I can read and answer it. They do not use it for their own purposes.

Who Sees It

I do. That is the whole list.

I do not sell your information. I do not trade it, rent it, publish it, or hand it to a marketing company. I do not discuss a named client with another client, and I do not confirm to anyone that you have ever contacted me.

The one exception is the law. If a court order or a legal obligation requires disclosure, or if there is a credible and immediate risk of serious harm to you or to someone else, I may have to share what I know.

How Long I Keep It

An inquiry that does not become a booking is deleted within twelve months.

If we work together, I keep your contact record and booking history for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward, so that returning is simple. You can ask me to delete it sooner and I will.

What You Can Ask For

Email me at any time and I will answer within a few days.

• A copy of everything I hold about you.
• A correction to anything that is wrong.
• Deletion of your record, unless I am legally required to keep it.
• Removal from any message list, which you can also do from any message I send.

Adults Only

This site and this work are for people who are eighteen years of age or older. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If I learn that I have, I delete it immediately.

Your Own Discretion

Use an email address and a phone number that are private to you. Your reply will arrive wherever you tell me to send it, and I cannot protect an inbox that other people can open.

Changes To This Policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.
